Violations

If it is found that a co-owner or non-co-owner occupant is in violation of the community's Bylaws or Rules, you will receive written notice from our management company stating the nature of the violation and the date by which the violation should be corrected.  If it is found that the violation has not been corrected in the time given, you will receive a second notice which will require you to appear at the next Board meeting so the Board can determine if a violation has occurred.

You must attend the hearing to offer your defence and any evidence you may have that a violation has not occurred.  If you fail to attend this hearing, a violation may be established by default and you will be notified of the Board's determination after the hearing.  If a violation is confirmed, you will be notified of the fine, actions or penalties which will be assessed in accordance with the provisions of the Association's Governing Documents.

if you are in violation and the violation is not cured, a new violation will be deemed to occur each successive week, during which the violation continues and fines will increase with each vioaltion in accordance with the Association's Governing Documents.

Responses to violations must be in writing by mail or by emailing our community manager, Matt Briguglio, at matt@amicondos.com.
