Parking Procedures & Rules
All parking signs must be observed at all times. Parking on the streets within the complex and/or fire lanes is NOT allowed. Violations may result in towing at the vehicle owner's expense.
Clubhouse Parking
Parking lots on either side of the clubhouse are for clubhouse use.
There is one spot in the west pool parking lot that is reserved for the renter of the clubhouse apartment and is noted with a sign. Nobody other than the apartment renter should be parking in this spot.
Co-owners, residents, and guests may use clubhouse parking for temporary overflow parking when:
Other parking is not available
Access to unit driveway or parking lot is restricted
The clubhouse parking lot is not for overnight parking.
Co-owners may obtain approval to park in the clubhouse parking lot for longer than a day by contacting AMI.
All vehicles must be operable and road legal at all times.
No trailers, recreational vehicles, or other non-road legal vehicles or items may be parked or placed in the clubhouse parking lots without permission.
If a co-owner or resident needs long term additional parking, permission from the Board of Directors is required.
Other Parking
Co-owners are responsible for notfying their guests, contractors, cleaning services, etc. that they must park in visitor spots; NO EXCEPTIONS. Under no circumstances should they park in assigned spots, regardless of the length of the visit.
Parking lots in the complex are noted for use by a specific unit or as "Visitor".
Parking in another unit's parking space IS NOT ALLOWED and vehicle may be towed at vehicle owner's expense.
Parking in spaces designated as "Visitor" is permitted provided the assigned spaces for the respective unit are occupied.
Co-owners with driveways and garages must park their vehicles there. You are not permitted to park in visitor spots when there is room in either your driveway or garage. By taking up our visitor spots, you increase the chance that visitors will park in co-owners assigned parking spots.
Co-owners are not allowed to park in visitor spots rather than their assigned spots.
All vehicles must be operable and road legal at all times.
Parking of Recreational Vehicles
The parking of boats and trailers, camping vehicles and trailers, house trailers, motor homes, snowmobiles and trailers, may only be parked in a resident's garage. Such above specified vehicles are not permitted to be parked in the garages if their size prevents the garage door from closing.
Violation Procedure
The vehicle owner or unit owner (responsible party) will be tagged and may be towed at the owner's expense.
