Saturday & Sunday Closed

Metro will be closed on all major holidays and on certain occasions, they may close early the day prior to the holiday.

If you call/email on the weekend or on a holiday for a non-emergency, you will not receive a response until the following business day. 

In the case of an emergency (ex. sump pump failure, sewer backup, flood, broken window, down tree blocking entrance or road) call Metro and dial 9 to be connected to the after hours live emergency answering service. If you are unsure if your situation is an emergency, call the answering service for further instructions.

Grass cutting and snow removal are not emergencies.
